Four Ryder Cup Stars Confirm Participation in 2026 Amgen Irish Open
Four high-profile golfers have confirmed their participation in the 2026 Amgen Irish Open at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel in Doonbeg, Ireland. The tournament is set to take place from September 10-13.
The confirmed participants include Patrick Reed, Robert MacIntyre, Francesco Molinari, and Sepp Straka.
Reed is coming off a strong season, leading the Race to Dubai standings after recording two victories, a runner-up finish, and two further top-10s this year. He expressed his excitement about returning to the Amgen Irish Open, saying 'I'm really looking forward to returning to the Amgen Irish Open and playing at Doonbeg for the first time. Ireland has such a rich golfing history and the fans always create an incredible atmosphere.'
MacIntyre, a two-time Ryder Cup winner with Europe, also shared his enthusiasm about competing in Ireland, stating 'The support from the Irish fans is among the best we experience anywhere in the world, and I'm looking forward to competing on the West Coast and hopefully giving them plenty to cheer about.'
