Fuchs Lubricants has achieved Boeing BAC 5008 approval for its Ecocool Global 1000 coolant, which is designed for aerospace machining. This advanced water-miscible metalworking fluid was engineered to meet the demanding requirements of high-performance operations involving titanium, nickel-based alloys, aluminum, and super alloys.
Ecocool Global 1000 delivers innovative lubricity additives, optimal cooling, excellent wetting and cleanliness properties, low foam, and biological control. It is free of boron, sulfur, chlorine, secondary amines, monoethanolamine (MEA), triethanolamine (TEA), and registered biocides.
