G2 Drops Challenge to $9 Billion Cloud Contract Awarded to Microsoft, AWS
G2 Ops Inc. has ended its challenge to a $9 billion cloud services contract awarded to Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS) by the US government.
The company had argued that the government failed to engage in good faith negotiations with it before selecting Microsoft for the contract, which is valued at up to $9 billion.
G2 filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice with the US Court of Federal Claims on August 14, closing two consolidated cases against the government's decision.
