Gaveau Resigns from CCEP Board Amid Digital Transformation Focus

Nathalie Gaveau has resigned from her position as non-executive independent director of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), effective September 16. She served in this role since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliate Transactions Committee and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.

CCEP's chairwoman, Sol Daurella, praised Gaveau for her valuable contribution to the board, highlighting her experience as a technology entrepreneur and investor. Daurella noted that Gaveau brought great expertise in artificial intelligence, e-commerce, digital transformation, innovation, mobile technology, data, and social marketing.

Gaveau's departure means Mary Harris will assume her role on the Affiliate Transactions Committee on an interim basis starting September 17.
