Gemini Integrates Ticketmaster, Pandora, & iHeartRadio for Live Event Access
Google's Gemini AI assistant has added several new connected apps to its platform. Ticketmaster, Pandora, and iHeartRadio are among the latest additions, with users able to access event information, seating options, and ticket prices for live events. The integration allows fans to connect Ticketmaster as an app within Gemini and then type @Ticketmaster when asking about concerts, sports, theater, festivals, or other live events.
The AI assistant will return relevant event information, and users can pick an option before being sent to Ticketmaster to complete the transaction with their selected seats already chosen. Eligible events surface automatically based on fan searches, requiring no additional implementation from clients. Transactions are completed on Ticketmaster's marketplace, ensuring that every purchase is protected by its security enhancements and terms of use.
Ticketmaster partnered with Google in November 2025, becoming an early commerce partner for Google Search's opt-in experimental AI Mode. With the Gemini launch limited to the U.S., this integration marks another step in Ticketmaster's efforts to integrate its services with AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude.
