Gemini Spark AI Agent Now Automates Photo Tasks on Google Photos

Google has expanded its Gemini Spark AI agent to manage tasks within Google Photos, allowing users to request actions such as editing images and curating albums.

The update reflects Google's ongoing effort to make AI more appealing to everyday consumers by automating routine tasks like photo organization.

To use the feature, users must connect Google Photos to Gemini, enable Spark within the Gemini app, and enter a prompt describing the task they want completed.

Support for the new capabilities is currently limited to English and will roll out over the coming weeks to eligible Gemini AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the U.S.
