Generali Investments Boosts Stake in IBM, Signs AI Cluster Deal

Generali Investments CEE investicni spolecnost a.s. increased its stake in International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) by 10% during the second quarter, according to its latest SEC disclosure.

The institutional investor now owns 40,612 shares of IBM's stock after buying an additional 3,695 shares. The value of their holdings is approximately $11,420,000 at the end of the reporting period.

IBM signed a multi-year agreement with Together AI worth $240 million to build a large-scale AI inference cluster on IBM Cloud using NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and Spectrum-X networking.
