Georgia Ranks High in Forbes' List of America's Best Employers
Forbes has released its latest analysis of America's Best Employers by State, and Georgia is no exception. The list ranks top employers in each state based on factors such as wages and benefits, management style, company reputation, flexibility, and career advancement opportunities.
In partnership with market research firm Statista, Forbes surveyed over 245,000 employees at companies with at least 500 people nationwide to determine the top employers in each state. For Georgia, Microsoft from Redmond, Washington, takes the top spot, followed closely by Delta Air Lines from Atlanta and Google from Mountain View, California.
Delta Air Lines ranks first in Georgia and 13th in the US, with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta coming in fourth in Georgia and 45th in the US. Other notable employers in Georgia include Southern Company, Forsyth County School District, and Georgia Southern University.
