Germany Probes Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 Takeoff Incident

The Bundesstelle fuer Flugunfalluntersuchung (BFU), Germany's air accident investigation bureau, has launched an examination into the Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 incident that occurred on August 15.

The plane incurred substantial damage upon takeoff from Munich International Airport. The BFU is investigating the flight data and cockpit voice recorders of the aircraft.
