Glastonbury Police Use ALPR to Catch Stolen Car Thieves in Home Depot Parking Lot
A Glastonbury, Connecticut police investigation led to the arrest of five individuals after an automated license plate reader (ALPR) alert identified a stolen vehicle in the Home Depot parking lot on September 10.
