Glenview Trust Co Buys $3.5M Worth of Salesforce Shares
Glenview Trust Co, an institutional investor, has bought new shares in Salesforce Inc. (NYSE:CRM) worth approximately $3.5 million during the second quarter of this year, according to its latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This is not an isolated incident as several other hedge funds have also added to or reduced their stakes in the company recently. Commonwealth Retirement Investments LLC purchased a new stake in Salesforce in the fourth quarter valued at approximately $25,000. Similarly, Gilpin Wealth Management LLC acquired a new position in Salesforce during the same quarter worth about $26,000.
More than 80% of Salesforce's stock is owned by institutional investors and hedge funds, indicating strong confidence in the company's prospects.
