Global Knowledge Strikes Out on Own After $15.4 Million Acquisition
Global Knowledge has embarked on an independent chapter after its acquisition by Enduring Ventures for $15.4 million. The firm will focus on expert-led training while maintaining a partnership with Skillsoft for on-demand content. According to Darren Bance, General Manager of Global Knowledge, the independence provides 'a genuine fresh start' built on 30 years of experience.
The sale agreement was initially announced on May 20, 2026, and involved an initial payment of approximately $5.4 million and a deferred payment of $10.0 million, adjusted for long-term employee liabilities. Global Knowledge operates across more than 150 classroom locations globally, supported by a virtual delivery network.
The company offers authorized training for major technology platforms including Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, NVIDIA, Palo Alto, and RedHat. It reports a 95% satisfaction rate and aims to differentiate itself with a 'human-first' approach to learning.
