Globant Deploys AI System for Aldar Properties on Salesforce
Globant has successfully deployed an agentic AI system for Aldar Properties on Salesforce Agentforce, marking a significant shift in the Middle East and North Africa property industry's adoption of AI technology.
The AI system, which draws power from Data 360, is integrated into Hello Aldar, Aldar's digital concierge and customer self-service platform. It allows homeowners to access information, submit service requests, and track construction progress at any hour.
Inside the platform, Agentforce solutions address two key friction points in the homeowner journey: construction transparency and post-sale service. The Construction Progress Agent converts technical data into plain-language updates, while the Post-Sale Service Dispatcher automates maintenance and defect liability period-related requests.
