Goldman Sachs Acquires 6.1% Stake in Lionheart Holdings

Lionheart Holdings (CUB) has disclosed that Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, have acquired a significant stake in the company.

According to the Schedule 13G filing, the two entities collectively own 1,319,910 Class A Ordinary Shares of Lionheart Holdings, representing 6.1% of the outstanding shares.

The ownership is shared between The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., which reports as a parent holding company, and its subsidiary, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, an investment adviser and broker-dealer.
