Goldman Sachs Breaks Ground on 800,000-Square-Foot Dallas Campus
Goldman Sachs is expanding its presence in Dallas, Texas, by constructing an 800,000-square-foot campus that will serve as a hub for its business operations. The new facility, which is currently under construction, is expected to open in January 2028 and will house all of Goldman Sachs' business units, fostering collaboration among employees.
Ericka Leslie, chief administrative officer at Goldman Sachs, visited the site and praised the building's design, stating that Dallas is a great place to do business. She noted that the company currently operates from two buildings and will consolidate its operations into the new facility, which will feature an auditorium, wellness center, fitness facility, backup daycare, multiple dining areas, coffee bar, outdoor spaces with trees and shade, and parking beneath the building.
Leslie explained that employees often want to leave their desks for short breaks, and the campus offers numerous indoor and outdoor meeting spots, all air-conditioned to cope with the hot summer weather. She also mentioned that crews were working on an outdoor park of about an acre and a half during her visit.
