Goldman Sachs Crosses 3% Threshold for Ontex Shares
Ontex Group NV has disclosed notifications of significant shareholdings by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
In accordance with Belgian Law, Ontex received transparency declarations confirming that Goldman Sachs held various percentages of voting rights and equivalent financial instruments in Ontex on August 6 and August 7, 2026.
The combined holding crossed the threshold of 3% on both dates, but in opposite directions. On August 6, it rose to 3.03%, while on August 7, it fell below 2.63%.
