Goldman Sachs Crosses Shareholding Thresholds in Ontex
Ontex Group NV has disclosed that Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has crossed significant shareholding thresholds in the company's voting rights and equivalent financial instruments.
The notifications were made under Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
On August 21, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. had 481,494 voting rights and 2,147,719 equivalent financial instruments or 2,629,213 combined, representing 0.58%, 2.61%, and 3.19% of Ontex's issued shares.
The combined holding crossed the threshold of 3%.
