The trades took place on August 24, 2026, and were disclosed to the Irish Takeover Panel on August 25, 2026. Goldman Sachs acted as a connected exempt principal trader with recognised intermediary status in this transaction.

According to the filing, Goldman Sachs purchased 16,089 EUR 0.01 ordinary shares of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc at prices ranging from EUR 2.9379 to EUR 2.9400, while selling 5,443 shares on the same day.

The firm also conducted three distinct CFD transactions involving Permanent TSB Group Holdings ordinary shares, reducing a short position by 11,046 securities and increasing short positions in two other tranches.

As adviser to the offeree, Goldman Sachs International is required to report these dealings transparently under Irish takeover regulations.
