Goldman Sachs Identifies Two Under-the-Radar IPO Stocks to Watch
The IPO market has shown significant growth in 2026, with new 'traditional' initial public offerings generating nearly double the funding of the first half of 2025. By the end of the first half of 2026, IPO activity had raised over $114 billion in new capital.
Goldman Sachs analyst Salveen Richter has identified two under-the-radar stocks for investors to consider: Latigo Biotherapeutics and Braveheart Bio. Both companies are clinical-stage biopharmaceutical research firms working on developing new medications to address unmet needs in the industry.
Latigo Biotherapeutics is focused on developing non-opioid pain relief medications, with its lead asset LTG-001, or onzotrigine, showing promise in Phase 2b trials. The company plans to initiate Phase 3 clinical trials later this year and expects data from these trials in 2027.
Richter rates Latigo Biotherapeutics as a Buy, with a price target of $73, implying a robust one-year gain of 217%. The stock is currently priced at $23.04, with an average price target of $57.67 and a Strong Buy consensus rating.
