Goldman Sachs Notifies Evotec on Voting Rights Changes
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has made a notification to Evotec SE regarding changes in its voting rights holdings.
According to Article 40 of the German Securities Trading Act, the company has acquired instruments that have triggered a threshold on the subsidiary level.
The acquisition was made through various subsidiaries, including GSAM Holdings LLC and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. The total percentage of voting rights attached to shares is now 13.70%, while the percentage through instruments is 13.35%.
The change in holdings occurred on August 7, 2026, and the current number of voting rights is 177,909,559.
