Goldman Sachs Pumps Top Hardware Stocks Amid AI Demand Surge
Goldman Sachs has identified its top picks in the U.S. hardware sector, driven by strong demand for both traditional and AI-accelerated computing solutions.
The investment bank's analysis comes as hardware stocks have significantly outperformed broader market indices during the second quarter of 2026.
Dell Technologies (DELL) is Goldman Sachs' top pick in the sector, with a Buy rating and a 12-month price target of $510. The firm expects Dell to outperform its estimates, driven by strong revenue growth in its Infrastructure Solutions Group segment.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and NetApp (NTAP) are also included on Goldman Sachs' list, with Buy ratings and 12-month price targets of $75 and $210 respectively. The firm expects these companies to benefit from AI buildouts at hyperscalers through their networking portfolios and accelerating demand for general purpose compute.
