Goldman Sachs Rebuilds XRP Spot ETF Holdings
Goldman Sachs has rebuilt its holdings of XRP spot ETFs, increasing its investment in the cryptocurrency-related products after selling out entirely in the previous quarter. According to a recent 13F report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Goldman Sachs held approximately $86.5 million in five XRP spot ETFs as of June 30.
The largest holding was Franklin Templeton's XRP Trust XRPZ, which had 2,238,407 shares worth about $25.4 million. Bitwise's XRP ETF followed closely with 2,208,949 shares valued at approximately $25.8 million.
This marks a significant increase in Goldman Sachs' exposure to XRP-related products, which it previously held for $153.8 million in the fourth quarter of last year before selling out entirely in the first quarter of this year.
