Infrastructure Capital Advisors LLC reduced its stake in The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) by 35.2% during the second quarter, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm owned 2,684 shares of the investment management company's stock after selling 1,458 shares.
The firm's holdings in The Goldman Sachs Group were worth $2.715 million at the end of the most recent reporting period. Infrastructure Capital Advisors LLC is not the only large investor to have reduced its stake in GS this quarter; Brighton Jones LLC also lifted its holdings by 17.1% during the fourth quarter.
Other investors, such as Sivia Capital Partners LLC and Schnieders Capital Management LLC., have increased their positions in The Goldman Sachs Group. Sivia Capital Partners LLC boosted its stake by 90.1% during the second quarter, while Schnieders Capital Management LLC lifted its holdings by 9.3%.
The investment management company's stock has been performing well this year, with a P/E ratio of 16.00 and a price-to-earnings-growth ratio of 1.05. Goldman Sachs' core businesses include investment banking, global markets, asset and wealth management, and consumer banking.
