Goldman Sachs Share Buy Spree Continues as Firm Seeks Options-Based ETFs

The transaction involves paying up to $2.25 billion in cash and equity for NEOS, which manages approximately $30, $32 billion across 19 options-based income ETFs.
Analysts are monitoring whether Goldman Sachs' earnings momentum can continue after the stock's post-results pullback. The firm posted $20.98 earnings per share for the quarter, topping the consensus estimate of $14.47 by $6.51. Revenue was up 39.4% on a year-over-year basis.
