Goldman Sachs Shareholders Realign as UBS Reduces Stake

UBS Asset Management Americas LLC has reduced its stake in The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. by selling 192,458 shares in the second quarter.

The firm now owns 2,346,727 shares of the investment management company's stock after the sale, which is a 7.6% decrease from the previous quarter.

According to its most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, UBS AM has a significant stake in The Goldman Sachs Group, owning 0.81% of the company's worth $2,373,409,000.

Other institutional investors have also modified their holdings of the company, including BlackRock Inc., which bought a new position in The Goldman Sachs Group in the second quarter worth $24,172,123,000.
