Goldman Sachs' XRP Bet Revealed Amid Institutional Demand Surge
Goldman Sachs has disclosed its position in five XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs), totaling around $86.5 million, according to its second-quarter filing. This revelation comes as the token trades at $1.41, down 1.7 percent on the day.
The four US spot XRP ETFs pulled in $23.87 million in net inflows on Tuesday alone, led by Bitwise with $11.02 million and Franklin Templeton with $6.39 million. This brings August inflows to $56.86 million, more than double the $27.29 million recorded in July, while cumulative inflows since launch have reached approximately $1.552 billion.
The growth in capital flows has been mirrored in trading activity, with August volumes across the funds reaching roughly $508 million, the strongest monthly figure since January, and a single-day peak of about $125 million on August 20.
