Google Axes Pixel Tablet After Three Years Without Replacement

Google has seemingly discontinued its Pixel Tablet after three years without a successor. The device's product page has been removed from Google's online store, and the 'Tablet' category is no longer visible in the navigation menu at the top of the homepage.

The change was first spotted by Jetstream, which had reported that the device was already marked 'Out of stock.' The Pixel Tablet launched in 2023 for $899 with an included charging speaker dock that doubled as a smart home hub. This two-in-one package was the tablet's defining feature, but Google never followed up with a new model.

Although Google has not officially confirmed the discontinuation of the Pixel Tablet, the absence of new accessories and the removal of product listings suggest that the device is no longer in production. Accessory listings remain on the Google Store, although most are unavailable due to inventory depletion.
