Investors are abuzz about Google's potential partnership with SpaceX to launch orbital AI data centers, fueling speculation that the tech giant may reserve up to 30% of the anticipated $75 billion IPO for individual investors.

The deal could raise the bar for retail participation in a mega listing expected to be one of the largest in history, with SpaceX's valuation projected at about $2 trillion.

Shares of Destiny Tech100 (DXYZ), which holds 16.2% of its assets in SpaceX, jumped 12% in premarket trading, while the Tema Space Innovators ETF (NASA) rose 7%, with other space stocks such as Intuitive Machines and Rocket Lab also rallying.

Google's 'Project Suncatcher' initiative aims to deploy prototype satellites by 2027, and investors are betting on SpaceX's evolution beyond rocket launches into a sprawling AI, satellite broadband, and infrastructure platform.
