Google Boosts Trip Planning with AI-Driven Features
Google has expanded its AI Mode in Search to include features for trip planning. The company is introducing a flight price tracker, hotel booking capabilities, and a way to view costs in miles or points.
The new features are now live in all locations where AI Mode is available, except for countries and territories in the European Economic Area. Users can tell the chatbot their travel plans and receive options from over 300 airlines and travel sites.
If users opt to track prices, Google will send them an email when prices change for their planned destination and dates. This feature is available worldwide, but some airlines are still pending support.
