Google Brings Status Bar Settings to Android with QPR2 Beta 4 Update

Google has finally introduced status bar settings to its Android operating system in the latest update. The feature was added as part of the new Android 17 QPR2 Beta 4 update, which is a significant development for Pixel phone users.

In the past, most other Android phone makers have had access to status bar controls, but Google has been an exception. However, with this update, users can now customize their notification settings and toggle certain icons on or off.

The new Status Bar option is located in Settings>Notifications, where users can choose from three options: All, Priority only, or None. Additionally, they can toggle the Mute, Vibrate, and Battery Percentage icons on or off.
