Google Chrome Hit with Multiple Vulnerabilities, Urgent Update Advised

A recent alert from the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre reveals that Google Chrome has multiple vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities allow a remote attacker to trigger denial of service, elevation of privilege, security restriction bypass, sensitive information disclosure, spoofing, remote code execution and data manipulation on the targeted system.

The affected versions of Google Chrome are prior to 152.0.7977.75 for Linux, Mac, and Windows systems. To mitigate these vulnerabilities, users should apply fixes issued by the vendor or update their browser to version 152.0.7977.75 or later.

According to the alert, the identified vulnerabilities have a medium risk level and can be exploited remotely. The affected versions of Google Chrome include CVE-2026-84323 to CVE-2026-84359.
