Google Chrome Multiple Vulnerabilities Exposed in Hong Kong Alert

A medium-risk vulnerability has been identified in Google Chrome, affecting versions prior to 151.0.7922.108 (Linux), 151.0.7922.108/.109 (Mac), and 151.0.7922.108/.109 (Windows). The Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre reported that a remote attacker could exploit the vulnerability to trigger sensitive information disclosure, denial of service condition, remote code execution, security restriction bypass, and data manipulation on the targeted system.

The release date for this alert is August 7, 2026. Google Chrome users are advised to update their browser to version 151.0.7922.108 (Linux) or later, 151.0.7922.108/.109 (Mac) or later, and 151.0.7922.108/.109 (Windows) or later to mitigate the risk.

The vulnerabilities have been assigned CVE-2026-19137 through CVE-2026-19174.
