A homeowners association in Stillwater has filed a lawsuit against Google over plans to build a data center in the area. The Park View Estates Homeowners Association claims that the project will negatively impact property values and quality of life for residents.

The proposed data center, which would be built just west of the Park View Estates neighborhood, is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the region. However, the homeowners association argues that these benefits do not outweigh the potential drawbacks.

According to court documents, the homeowners association is seeking a permanent injunction to block the project from moving forward.
