Google Deploys Motion Assist Bubbles for Vehicle-Specific Comfort
Google has rolled out Motion Assist to Pixel and Samsung phones running Android 17. The feature aims to reduce motion sickness when using devices in moving vehicles, such as cars or buses.
To enable Motion Assist, users can search for 'motion assist' in the Settings app or navigate through the Quick Settings editor. Once enabled, a bubbles overlay will appear on the screen, adjusting to the device's motion.
The Customize menu allows users to adjust settings such as color, shape, opacity, and randomization of the bubbles. Color options include system dynamic colors, red, yellow, green, or blue, while shape choices are circle, square, pentagon, or diamond.
