Google Enters Tracking Market with $29 Pixel Tag
Google introduced its latest tracking device, the Pixel Tag, which will compete directly with Apple's AirTag. The Pixel Tag is priced at $29 and uses Google's Find Hub network to help users locate lost items. This network leverages Android devices worldwide for locating lost items, allowing Pixel phone and watch owners to track their valuable possessions.
The device features Bluetooth and Ultra Wideband connectivity, a built-in speaker, and a user-replaceable battery that lasts about a year. The Pixel Tag will be available for purchase starting November 11, 2026, in single and four-packs.
