Google Faces Opposition from Former Spirit Airlines Staff Over Data Sale

Spirit Airlines' estate is selling off its assets in bankruptcy court, and one of the largest assets up for grabs is a massive cache of data. The former carrier's data will be sanitized by a third-party company before being transferred to Google.

However, not everyone is pleased with this arrangement. A group of former Spirit Airlines flight attendants have expressed their opposition to Google buying the defunct carrier's data.
