Google Gives Users More Control Over Google Health Coach
Google has rolled out an update to its Google Health app, giving users more control over the Coach feature. The update allows users to turn off the Coach from the Today tab and customize their daily view to match their preferred level of guidance.
The new settings give users two options: 'Standard' or 'No Coach insights'. Choosing 'Standard' will keep the full Google Health Coach experience, while selecting 'No Coach insights' will streamline the Today tab, focusing on activity and sleep summaries.
Users can manage their settings by tapping their profile icon, then 'Google Health settings', and finally 'Coach'. The update also includes improved maps, which were previously affected by issues preventing them from displaying correctly.
