The latest Google Home update includes expanded support for viewing third-party camera feeds within the app. Brands like Eufy, Tapo, Wyze, Reolink, and Nanit now offer better integration with Google Home, allowing users to access their home security feeds in one place.

This is a significant improvement over previous years, where hit-or-miss support had been the norm for many third-party camera brands. While some brands like Arlo and Wyze have offered decent support in the past, this update aims to provide more consistent and reliable performance.

In addition to the expanded camera support, the Google Home app has received several other updates, including a new 'Save clip' button for event recordings from Nest and Walmart cameras. This feature allows users to easily download recorded events directly from their camera view.
