Google is introducing a new visual indicator for users who subscribe to its AI services. The blue gradient ring will surround the Account photo in first-party apps, replacing the previous four-color ring used for Google One subscribers.

The change aims to make it easier for users to identify their AI tier, with options including AI Plus, AI Pro, and AI Ultra. When tapped, the Account menu will display an updated design featuring a compact card with information about the user's account, including their email address, profile picture, name, and tier.

The new design also includes a prominent 'Manage your Google Account' link and an upsell to upgrade to Google AI Ultra. The update is rolling out on Android devices on a per-device basis, while the web version will be available soon.
