Google Launches Fairwind Program for Advanced Cyber Defense

Google has launched its Fairwind Program, a limited access program for governments and trusted partners to use the company's most advanced cyber defense capabilities. The program aims to help defenders proactively solve cyber risks at scale by giving them access to powerful AI models.

The Fairwind Program will initially focus on providing early access to government and enterprise partners critical to society's resilience, including governments, national cyber authorities, critical infrastructure operators, and core technology platforms.

Participating organizations agree to strict operational standards, limiting access to employees within their internal cybersecurity teams and deploying protections like multi-factor authentication.
