Google has announced layoffs affecting 52 employees across several locations in Washington state. The tech giant filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) with the state, revealing that roughly 21 employees will be let go from its Kirkland facilities.

The affected Kirkland employees were notified between July 8 and August 4, while those at Google's Redmond office located at 17275 N.E. 67th Court received notice on August 4, with separations anticipated for October 4.
