Google Messages Gets Personal: Customization Settings Now Live
Google has rolled out customization settings for its Google Messages texting platform, allowing users to personalize conversations with unique color palettes and custom background wallpapers.
This feature was previously available on rival messaging clients but is now reaching Android devices running both stable and beta versions of Google Messages.
To access the new theming engine, users must update Google Messages from the Play Store and enable RCS Messaging as it operates exclusively over this protocol.
