Google has launched a program offering Moroccan university students a free year of Google AI Plus for the second consecutive year. The offer is part of a wider rollout across 27 countries in Africa, where eligible college and university students can claim one year of Google AI Plus at no cost.

The plan includes access to Gemini Omni and 2x higher usage limits in Gemini, as well as 400 GB of cloud storage shared across Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail. The tools cover research, writing, and document analysis.

Students outside the United States receive Google AI Plus instead, which carries a lower storage allowance and the 2x usage limit rather than the 4x tier offered to US students. Students can add a separate bundle for ad-free music and video streaming at up to 70% off.
