Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold Review: A Powerful yet Expensive Foldable Phone
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is Google's fourth-generation foldable phone, which retains its traditional design when closed and has a near-square display when opened. It costs from £1,799 (€1,999/$1,899/A$2,799), a slight increase of £50 (€100/$100/A$100) over last year's model.
The phone features a 6.5-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED display on the outside and an 8-inch 120Hz OLED display inside, both with high pixel density. The device is powered by Google Tensor G6 processor and comes with 16GB of RAM. It also has a large storage capacity option up to 1TB.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold boasts an excellent camera system, including a new 48MP main camera, 10.5MP ultrawide camera, and 10.8MP 5x telephoto lens. The phone's camera app offers various modes, including Magic Capture and Camera Looks, which allow for creative photo editing.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold runs on Android 17, featuring Google's AI tools, including Gemini's proactive system and six months of Google AI Pro subscription. It also supports wireless charging and has a long battery life, lasting about 36 hours between charges.
