Google Price Target Set at $461.01 with $400 Milestone in Early 2027
Analysts at 24/7 Wall St. have set a price target of $461.01 for Alphabet's Class C shares (GOOG) over the next 12 months, implying a 29.27% upside from their current price of $356.62.
The analysts are confident in this prediction, giving it a 90% confidence level, which is the highest tier they assign. They also predict that GOOG will cross $400 between December 2026 and March 2027, with the actual date being early February 2027, roughly a week after the Q4 FY26 earnings release.
The analysts base their prediction on Google Cloud's strong growth, which accelerated to 82% in the last quarter. They also note that GOOG's trailing P/E of 15 is roughly half of Microsoft's (MSFT) 28 and below Meta's (META) 22.
However, there are some potential risks to this prediction. The bear case is the CapEx bill, which Google guided to $175 to $185 billion in 2026, long-term debt climbed from $46.5B to $98.2B, and buybacks were suspended in Q2. Polymarket bettors put only 18.5% odds on GOOG hitting $400 by the end of August.
