Google Simplifies Adding Sources in Gemini Notebooks Update
Google has rolled out an update for its Gemini Notebooks that aims to make it easier for users to add new sources. The feature, known as 'Add a source to Gemini Notebook', automates the process of adding sources by providing a step-by-step guide. This includes adding text, links to Drive files, or generic YouTube or web URLs as sources.
The update is part of Google's ongoing efforts to improve the user experience for its Business, Enterprise, and Education customers. The 'Add a source to Gemini Notebook' feature will be available to users with these types of accounts, but personal Google account holders will not have access to this feature.
According to Google, the rollout process started on August 6, and it may take up to 15 business days for visibility. This means that some users may not see the update yet, as it is a gradual rollout.
