Google TV Freeplay Brings Over 10,000 Free Movies and Shows to Your Living Room

Google TV has introduced Google TV Freeplay, offering over 10,000 free movies and shows without requiring a subscription. This service includes content from top studios like A24 and Lionsgate, as well as Oscar winners and popular titles.

The channels available on Google TV Freeplay include the new World of Love Island, Bloomberg TV+, Yahoo! Sports Network, and The Martha Stewart Channel, among others. Google plans to refresh its library throughout the year.

This move comes as a response to growing consumer fatigue with multiple streaming subscriptions. Other services like Tubi, Fandango, YouTube, Roku, and Pluto have also introduced 'free-to-watch' content, but these often lack brand-new series or films.
