Google Unveils Gemini 3.7 Flash with Enhanced Coding and Web Development Capabilities

Google has released Gemini 3.7 Flash, claiming it is the most capable model yet for coding, AI agents, knowledge work, and web development.

The new model offers substantial gains in software engineering, document-heavy knowledge work, and web development, with improved performance on tasks such as debugging, issue resolution, and generating production-ready software.

Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 43.6% on FrontierCode 1.1 Main compared to 34.4% for its predecessor, and 65.3% on DeepSWE v1.1, up from 49.0%. It also reached an Elo score of 1,588 on Arena.ai's WebDev Arena compared with 1,538 for Gemini 3.6 Flash.

The model is available at an introductory price of $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens until December 31, 2026, after which the price will increase to $1.50 per million input tokens and $7.50 per million output tokens.
