Google Unveils Lyria 3.5 AI Music Generation Model in Gemini App

Google has released its latest AI music generation model, Lyria 3.5, which is now available directly within the Gemini app and via API. This new model boasts more expressive vocals and richer musical arrangements compared to its predecessor.

Users of the Gemini app can easily pick a genre and style, choose between vocals and instrumentals, and create short or longer tracks. The app also offers templates for background music or personalized birthday songs to help new users get started.

Beyond the Gemini app, Lyria 3.5 is also available in Google Flow Music with additional features, in Google AI Studio for developers, and in Google Vids. Notably, the model was trained solely on licensed content, unlike Suno's music model.
