Google has introduced a new tool to help users organize their files on Google Drive called Organize My Files in Drive. This feature uses AI from Gemini, which suggests changes and allows users to approve them with ease.

To use this tool, users need to have a Google AI Pro or AI Ultra subscription, priced at $20 per month, which comes with 5TB of additional space and a YouTube Premium Lite subscription among other things.

The feature is available to Business, Enterprise, and Education customers but only works with private folders. Users also need to enable Smart features in Google Workspace, which is enabled by default in most markets where Google offers Workspace.
